Our Building & Construction Services Divisions' objective is to provide the highest quality services on a cost effective basis to the Commercial, Industrial and Institutional segments of the Business Community in the areas of new construction, renovation and facility maintenance.

We are experienced in performing projects as General Contractors and as Construction Managers where our clients have selected an Architect or provided us with a conceptual layout.  We are prepared to offer a wide range of Estimating, Construction Management, and Design/Build Services. Our staff has constructed and managed LEED Certified projects and is familiar with the most current environmentally sustainable building practices.

Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evidenced by the fact that 80% of work performed each year is for past clients and nearly 65% is performed on a negotiated basis.
